About us

Estate planning that Zimbabweans can actually reach.

Our mission

Most Zimbabwean families deal with an estate without a valid will. The consequences are practical and painful: delays, disputes, and property that is hard to transfer. Will.co.zw exists to make careful estate planning affordable and understandable — for people living in Zimbabwe and for Zimbabweans in the diaspora who still hold family, property and obligations at home.

How we work

We guide you through plain-language questions, then assemble a print-ready document drafted for Zimbabwean practice. Nothing is signed electronically: Zimbabwe does not recognise electronic wills, so you print your document and sign it — a will before two competent witnesses, a trust deed notarially executed. Your documents are then stored in a private vault that only you, and later a verified executor, can reach.

The partnership

Will.co.zw is a partnership between two organisations, each doing what it is qualified to do. Talent Africa Inc. builds and operates the platform and handles diaspora card billing. DRT, a firm of legal practitioners, provides the legal services layer — document review, estate administration support and conveyancing — and handles billing within Zimbabwe.

The platform gives you guided drafting; it does not give legal advice. Where a question is genuinely legal, you can flag it for the Legal Partner and get an answer from a qualified practitioner.
